Return & Withdrawal Policy

14-Day Return Window

If you have changed your mind, you can return your purchase for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to Initiate a Return

• EU Customers:
Use the "Withdraw from contract here" button in our footer or email support@tubesteader.com.

• All Other Customers:
Email support@tubesteader.com with your serial number and a copy of your receipt.

Shipping & Refunds

Return Shipping: Responsibility of the customer. Method must include tracking and full value declaration.

Outbound Shipping Refunds:

• EU Orders: Full refund (Product + Standard Outbound Shipping).
• International Orders: Product price refund only.

Condition & Restocking Fees

To qualify for a full refund, items must be in "new" condition with original packaging and in perfect working order.

Tubesteader reserves the right to charge a minimum 15% restocking fee for items returned in "less than new" condition (e.g. scratches, velcro, missing items).

Refund Timing:

We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods back or receive proof of return shipment.
